Advantage Mental Health is hiring AMFT, APCC, and ASW associates. I supervise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, every week, on your actual cases. Not a signature on a form.

What it is
A small practice that builds clinicians.
Associates at Advantage carry insurance clients, including Partnership Medi-Cal by video, and see people in person in Roseville and Fair Oaks. You’re matched on purpose: fit, hours, and who you want to see, so your caseload follows your strengths and interests.
Supervision is weekly and about the work. Dustina Cordero, LCSW, supervises alongside me. When you get licensed you can stay on the team, and I coach the business side too, not only the clinical hours.

What to know before you apply.
- This is a job on the Advantage team, not an office lease. Furnished rooms for your own practice are West Roseville Counseling Offices.
- Associates are listed on the team page with their registration and supervisor, so you can see who you’d be working with.
- Ask me how client care continues as you move from associate to licensed. The careers page says the same.
- Advantage Coaching is separate. Advantage staff and supervisees can’t book it, to avoid a conflict of interest.
