In your first session, we will discuss your goals and concerns, and I will explain how our sessions usually work. It’s a space for you to share at your own pace.

Each therapy session typically lasts about 50 minutes. This allows us adequate time to discuss your thoughts and feelings without feeling rushed.

I provide individual therapy sessions, focusing on various approaches to meet your needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

You can schedule an appointment through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We’re here to help you through the process.

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee and to help us accommodate other clients.
